The Clad Plate Division features a leading full-process production system, including workshops for base metal prep, leveling, welding, heat treatment, NDT, surface treatment, and packaging, plus six explosion welding zones.With a modular layout, we support large-scale, high-quality orders and offer flexible customization.
Clad Pipe and Fitting
The Clad Pipe Division operates China’s first proprietary straight seam welded clad pipe production line, supporting custom production from Ø168–2000mm.Equipped with CNC milling, pre-bending, forming, SAW systems, alloy welding, and fittings processing (elbows, tees, bends), it offers a full-process manufacturing loop.
Pressure Vessel
The pressure vessel division includes workshops for heavy containers, special material vessels, components, and head processing. The production workshops are equipped with over 300 machines for cutting, forming, welding, non-destructive testing, heat treatment, hydrostatic testing, and machining.
Materials Research Institute
